ATLANTA (April 8, 2015) - Georgia Aquarium is going Totally 80s for Sips Under the Sea! Break out the scrunchies and schedule a perm for Georgia Aquarium’s after-hours cocktail party on Friday, April 24, from 6- 9 p.m.

The Totally 80s Sips Under the Sea will feature a DJ spinning 80s hits, a photo station and a chance to create your own etched ‘Sips Under the Sea’ martini glass as a complimentary souvenir. Cash bar and Wolfgang Puck Catering tapas will also be available throughout the event.

Sips Under the Sea is Georgia Aquarium’s after-hours cocktail party for adults 21 and up to explore the Aquarium after hours while enjoying cocktails, tapas and live music with family, friends or a significant other. Tickets include all-access admission to the Aquarium’s galleries, featuring whale sharks, manta rays, penguins, beluga whales, bottlenose dolphins and more.

Member VIP: $24.95, includes two complimentary drinks and two tapas

Georgia Aquarium members are free, but should still reserve their spot in advance online to ensure proper headcount.

Guests must be 21 or older to attend Sips Under the Sea. Tickets are available to purchase online at or via the Georgia Aquarium Call Center at 404-581-4000. Tickets will not be available at the door.
