ATLANTA (June 14, 2014) Georgia Aquarium offers new total ticket pricing structure that encourages advance ticket purchases to provide the optimum Aquarium experience for guests. This new structure rewards guests who plan their visits in advance with substantial savings.

Traditionally, Georgia Aquarium ticket prices have been the same whether a guest purchased at the ticket window the day of their visit or in advance via the call center or online. With the new pricing structure, Georgia Aquarium hopes to encourage advance ticket purchases in order for staff to provide an optimum Aquarium experience for guests.

“The new pricing structure incentivizes guests to plan ahead and visit early,” says Georgia Aquarium Chief Financial Officer Mark Schafer. “The new Early Bird Total Ticket online discount offers guests a $7 savings if they purchase their ticket online and select to visit within the first hour of operation on any given day.”

A further encouragement to visit during the Aquarium’s less-busy times in the summer months, guests who visit after 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday until August 21 will receive the Imagination Nights discount, a savings of $17. The price of the Imagination Nights ticket is the same regardless of whether the ticket is purchased in advance or walk-up and includes admission to all six galleries, Deepo's Undersea 3D Wondershow, and Sea Monsters Revealed: Aquatic Bodies.
