Need to Step Out?
Need to leave the Aquarium for something? You can enter and re-enter the Aquarium during the day of your visit. Please see the Information Desk in the Atrium for a re-entry pass during your visit.
Need a Place to Park?
Georgia Aquarium has an attached, covered parking garage. Parking is a flat $12 per car or $9 in advance by purchasing online here. Our parking garage opens to the public at 7 a.m. and closes one hour after the Aquarium closes to the public.

AT&T Dolphin Celebration: Located in our AT&T Dolphin Coast gallery, this educational presentation features none other than our common bottlenose dolphins! Presentation times vary daily, check here for times.
Behind the Seas Tours: See what happens behind the scenes at the Aquarium! Running every 30 minutes from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and only $15 per person! To see more information and reserve your spot, click here.
Waddle Walk: Trainers lead several African penguins on a daily stroll through the Aquarium’s main atrium while you see them up-close and learn about this endangered species. The Waddle Walk typically takes places between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Ocean Voyager Built by Home Depot: One of the world’s largest indoor aquatic habitats, this exhibit features our four whale sharks, four manta rays, and hundreds of other species! At an impressive 6.3 million gallons, you don’t want to pass this gallery up!

Georgia Aquarium offers a variety of animal encounters and animal interactions to get you up-close with some of your favorite animals and learn more about the conservation efforts being done on their behalf.
Sea Otter Encounter: tour our sea otter exhibit and help prepare a sea otter meal! Finally, participate in a sea otter training session alongside one of our trainers!
Dolphin Encounter: You’ll go backstage inside of our dolphin theater to meet, touch, and feed one of our beautiful bottlenose dolphins. You’ll see how we care for them and participate in a training session alongside one of our trainers!
Penguin Encounter: Get face-to-flipper with one of our African penguins behind the scenes of our penguin exhibit. You’ll learn about these incredible flightless birds and how we care for them!
Journey with Gentle Giants Swim or Dive Program: Swim or SCUBA in our largest exhibit, Ocean Voyager, alongside whale sharks, manta rays, and more!
Rebreather Dive Program: Dive in our largest habitat, Ocean Voyager, with this unique try-dive using a closed-circuit rebreather system (no bubbles!).
